Job Description
ECU Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness is currently seeking several Intramural Officials/Scorekeepers.

Join our dedicated Campus Recreation and Wellness ( CRW) team as an Intramural Official or Scorekeeper! This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in officiating and managing intramural sports games. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of the campus community through organized sports activities. CRW is committed to creating an environment of belonging and well-being and supports the Division of Student Affairs' commitment to purposeful well-being. Join us at CRW and be a part of enhancing the campus life experience through intramural sports!

Responsibilities:

  • Officiate intramural sports games
  • Keep accurate scores and manage game records
  • Ensure the safety and fair play of all participants
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of sports equipment and facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators
  • Promote CRW intramural programs and encourage student participation
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Preferred (Majors, GPA)

  • Kinesiology
  • Sports Management
  • Exercise Physiology


General Qualifications:

  • Experience in sports or officiating preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sports rules and regulations (preferred)
