Job Description	ECU Department of ITCS Enterprise Systems and Operations is seeking a student that will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day monitoring of Data Center assets and activities. This will include performance and activity of network and server hardware, as well as applications. This position will also assist in monitoring and upkeep of Data Center environment, including power and cooling. This position will assist in installation and removal of Data Center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage devices. This position will also assist in the monitoring and coverage of after-hours help desk. This position will assist in daily Data Center related tasks as necessary.
