Job Description
  • Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
  • Administer Psychological Evaluations.
  • Conduct Mental Health Screenings.
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Write recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview for service track to be assigned based on FCO:
    • SSI/SSDI
    • Wellness
    • Vocational Rehabilitation Services
    • Career Center for Employment Services
  • Determine need for additional assessment per observation
  • Participates in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes, including providing input to the design of any review physician forms
  • Participates in any required training related to the position and its responsibilities
  • Understands and adheres to HRA policies and procedures and RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements, specifically
  • Evaluations are conducted in the primary language of the client.
  • Perform additional duties delegated by the CMO.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Three years' experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.

* Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.

* Experience with publicly funded programs: TANF experience preferable.

* Fluency in a language other than English a plus

* Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within very tight time frames.

* Excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from a wide range of socio-economic background

* Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.

Education:

* NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Additional Information

Pay range: $110,000 - $115,000
