Job Description: Baptist Health Home Infusion department is looking for a Home Infusion PRN RN to join their team in Lexington, KY. The Home Infusion RN implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing Physician, Pharmacist and the patient's support system. Utilizes critical thinking and communication skills related to the Home Infusion care of the patient by providing safe and effective teaching to patients, family and caregivers to achieve independence of the infusion process in the home setting. Coordinates the Home Infusion process, related to antibiotics, injections and enteral therapies with Home Health agencies and Case Managers.
