Our Job Corps programs provide life-changing services that help young people succeed in school, obtain good jobs, excel in their chosen fields, and serve as contributing members of their communities. • Display the ability to work with a variety of cultures, languages, educational and economic backgrounds in a classroom setting
• Coordinate individual instruction in an orderly and professional manner at all times
• Ensure that individual participant's complete and turn in assignments as scheduled
• Maintain individual schedules for students preparing for exams such as General Education Diploma
• Administer monthly Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) tests for individual participants to show progression
• Maintain student's assessments in files and student database
• Case notes done on a monthly and as needed basis. Communicate regularly with all staff to disseminate timely information

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Art in Education or Social Service field and knowledge of and experience with five General Education Diploma categories, career and vocational counseling or a combination of relevant course works a plus

Pay range: $64,200.
