At our A.O. Smith Water Treatment Appleton division we specialize in making water softeners and other water treatment equipment.

Primary Function

This production associate position's primary duties are assembling residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging. Successful candidate will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.

We Offer

Regularly Scheduled Hours: Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm- 2:00am.

Hourly Rate of Pay:$19.66/hr. + a $1/hour shift differential

$20.80 after 6 months+ a $1/hour shift differential

$21.84 after 12 months+ a $1/hour shift differential

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Good attitude and team player
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
  • Ability to obtain a fork lift certification within 60 days of hire
  • Measurement/mathematicalskills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
