Baptist Health is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Louisville, KY

The Home Health Agency provides excellent care for patients in their homes in Kentucky and Indiana.

The Home Care Registered Nurse provides comprehensive and compassionate patient care using evidenced based practices and performs initial and ongoing assessments using critical thinking skills to evaluate the patient's comprehensive health care needs. The Registered Nurse relies on utilizing physician, community resources and the patient's support team.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Professional licensed Registered Nurse
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS Healthcare Provider
• One year experience as a Registered Nurse
• Home Health experience is preferred
