Job Description: Baptist Health is recruiting a Clinic Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee the Elizabethtown, London and Corbin markets. Residency is required in one of these areas. Provides direction, expertise, and support for Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators to lead exceptional patient experience, ensuring Baptist patients perceive Baptist pharmacy as a preferred choice. Supports the manager to collaborate with hospital community and central pharmacy teams to ensure alignment and consistency with specialty pharmacy workflows. Acts as a positive role model during change, supporting teams through specialty pharmacy IT enhancements, new operational resources, accreditation activities and survey preparations, and changes to day-to-day operations. Reviews operational, compliance, and financial reports, and partners with Central Specialty Pharmacy Manager to share insights and recommended actions. Maintains knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation standards and delivers education to the Patient Care coordinator team. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy upon hire date National pharmacy technician certification or willing to achieve within 6 months of hire 2 years pharmacy technician experience + leadership experience OR 5 years pharmacy technician experience Prior experience with third party billing and financial counseling Prior experience with Epic EMR preferred Prior experience with specialty pharmacy accreditation preferred If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
