DSA is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with an active secret clearance to join our team in Washington, D.C. Position currently primarily remote but 1-3 days a week onsite at the Pentagon is a requirement
Required Qualifications
- Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
- 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps
- 1-5 years of PowerAutomate experience focusing on business process automation
- 1-5 years of Power BI experience with intermediate knowledge in DAX
- Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365
- Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
- Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
- COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
- Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building model driven applications in Power Apps
- Data Architecture experience
- Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
- Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
- Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
- Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
- Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
- Transform and integrate data using Power Query and data flows
- Participate in data governance activities to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Provide analytics that enable optimal decision making and business knowledge to the organization's user community
- Author and contribute to technical documentation
- Author and deliver reference and training resources
