STV currently has opening for a Project Manager in the Construction Management group in southwest Georgia. STV is looking for a Project Manager experience working on corrections/prisons/jails or courthouses. The selected candidate will take on a role within our division, overseeing Capital Program Management and Owner's Representative tasks. This individual will act on behalf of the owner and associated stakeholder groups, becoming a key member of a high-performing team that leads the execution of projects and programs. The Project Manager will safeguard the owner's interests in overseeing design experts and contractors who are building prominent capital projects. In this capacity, the Project Manager will collaborate with senior management to steer the project team through all stages of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning, and close-out services. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Managers in leading the project team, goal setting, developing policies and procedures to guide the project/program and mentoring team members. The PM shall manage staff, project financials and schedules. In addition, the PM shall carry out duties as assigned to achieve the successful completion of the project/program.
