Regional Business Manager

STV is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager to support our expanding operations for our Texas Mountain Region to ensure efficient business processes across multiple locations. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in any of our Texas offices (Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Frisco, Fort Worth or Austin).

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for employees
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility-related services
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for facility improvements and maintenance
• Optimize space utilization in a hybrid shared space environment

Business Technology:

• Work as a liaison with corporate IT to Manage and support the implementation of business technology systems and software across the region
• Provide training and support to employees on business technology tools and systems
• Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operations

Logistics:

• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and manage distribution processes to meet customer demands
• Implement logistics strategies to improve overall operational performance

General Business Management:

• Assist in budget planning and financial analysis for the region
• Support HR functions such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all business activities
• Responsible for assuring operations administrative staff is aligned with business operations goals

Site Selection Business Development:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business locations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate site selection criteria and make strategic recommendations
• Develop business proposals and presentations to support expansion efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in business administration, facilities management, logistics, and business technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of business development strategies and site selection processes
