Description
Our Lenders are part of a winning team and are key contributors to our successful growth strategy. If you thrive on the challenges of helping businesses grow and pride yourself on providing timely, efficient, financing/loan decisions and highly-responsive service to customers, Enterprise Bank may be the right place for you! Enterprise Bank's Commercial Lenders create partnerships with business owners and local professionals seeking financing to expand their businesses and/or professional practices. Lenders develop their financing relationships through community involvement, networking, professional affiliations, referrals from within the bank and direct business development (calling) efforts. Lenders consult with and advise borrowers throughout the loan cycle - from application to close - to help ensure successful businesses and lasting relationships. Along with Lenders, Enterprise Bank credit analysts research and analyze a borrower's financial situation, including assessment of the market, business conditions, credit status and property evaluations. Lenders approve financing decisions within individual lending limits and work collaboratively with senior leadership where appropriate. With the spirit of a business partner and thorough understanding of a borrower's business objectives, Lenders promote and cross-sell products and services and work closely with bank staff to review, manage and maintain existing loan portfolios. We challenge you - become part of Enterprise Bank's dynamic organization; one that embraces the communities where we do business, the opportunity for change and provides numerous opportunities for professional development.
