Essential Job Duties
The individual will be a member of Ninomiya-Tsuji research team. Major duties are:

  • Conducting a series of research experiments to determine the effect of TAK1 inhibition in Alzheimer's model mice.
  • Maintaining mouse colonies by performing husbandry, weaning, and genotyping.
  • Recording, analyzing and reporting research processes and results.
  • Participating in lab meetings by presenting your results and contributing to research discussions.
  • Manages and maintains data in accordance with the data management plan
  • Maintains study protocol and records including Standard Operating Procedure manual
  • Perform related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested


This position is time-limited.

Qualifications


Minimum Experience/Education
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Other Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of biomedical studies
  • Skill of mouse handing and colony maintenance
  • Knowledge and skill of basic molecular biology experiments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and experience in mouse study at research lab settings.
