$21.70 - $31.40per hour

2nd Shift (training on 1st shift)

Skills & Experience:



  • Stamping Process

    • Operate and set up all equipment in process (both single stoke and automatic).
    • Diagnose operation logically.


  • Measurement Methods & Prints

    • Operate all measurement methods and computer systems: CMM's, comparators, hand mics, use of castings, hardness tester, etc.) used in measuring parts and die components.
    • Utilize measurement equipment to diagnose and root cause issues


  • Tooling

    • Perform preventative maintenance on tooling as required
    • Perform die components diagnostics
    • Rebuild tooling
    • Knowledge of material specifications and performance (tool materials, heat treat, welding, coatings, bolts, etc.)
    • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of die designs
    • Manage tool inventory systems


  • Tooling Process

    • Operate equipment in area needed for minor repairs
    • Knowledge and understanding of die components manufacturing


  • Die Development

    • Ability to work with and under the direction of Engineering on Sample & Tool Development





Requirements:



  • NoHigh School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous die bench experience required
  • Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and physical exertion
  • Must be able to pass required testing
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check and pass a drug screen
  • Monday through Friday schedule but must be willing to work daily overtime orevery otherSaturday overtime as required.


Benefits & Compensation:$21.70 - $31.40per hour commensurate with experience
