Job Title: Digital Solutions Delivery ManagerLocation: Block 23What you'll do: As the Digital Solutions Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the delivery and support teams, business partners, vendors, and colleagues to support digital solutions for Western Alliance Bank.This is a challenging role that requires an ability to manage the build, release and support of the systems that are part of the digital solutions team. Strong strategic, critical thinking and problem analysis skills, as well as communication and collaboration skills are required. This role will lead alignment of the Digital Solutions team, business stakeholders and technology for delivery of platforms with a strong focus on continuous delivery of quality functionality for the bank. Ensures technical designs and solution delivery aligns with the architecture, design, and business objectives. Understands the objectives, desired outcomes and business process within the relevant domains or segments. This position is ONSITE ONLY located in Phoenix, AZ. What we are looking for:
