Overview
The medicinal chemistry team within the Center for Drug Discovery supports client needs by conducting hit-to-lead and lead optimization. We integrate medicinal chemistry into larger projects focused on drug discovery and development, including computational chemistry, in vitro assay development and HTS screening, in vivo behavioral pharmacology, ADME/PK bioanalytics, and regulatory support. We have an immediate need for a Medicinal Chemist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and organized individual who is eager to dive into the synthesis of monomers, building blocks, peptides, and oligonucleotides. In this exciting role, candidate will create innovative ligands targeting a range of biological challenges, including kinases, G protein-coupled receptors, ion channels, and antimicrobial agents.
