As a Sales Support Specialist for Consumer Direct Interaction, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Electrolux aftermarket business with a key focus on the Dealer & Contract channels. You will be a customer advocate and essential partner to numerous cross functional teams, ensuring we are always exceeding our customers' expectations. This position is instrumental in managing and analyzing our customer data to drive strategic growth across all verticals of the Consumer Direct Interaction portfolio. For this role you will need to think big, help to implement new/effective processes, and take on ownership of customer and consumer challenges. The successful candidate will be energetic, diligent, open minded, intellectually curious, and a customer-first analytical thinker. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
