The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler works with the Maintenance Manager in developing and scheduling maintenance programs and processes for the production facility to minimize impact on production. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for planning maintenance work orders, the repairs, servicing and efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment in the facility. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to make continuous improvements to all maintenance tasks and other maintenance activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee frequently is required to drive, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
