Where you'll be: This position will be based in Fairburn, GA. All about the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Supervisor Reverse Logistics and Inventory Control professional to join our team! As a Supervisor Reverse Logistics and Inventory Control you will lead the Inventory and Reverse Logistics team. In this role you will have responsibility to maintain inventory accuracy for the distribution center on all product types and conditions while collaborating with multiple teams inside and outside the facility. You will work with the Electrolux RDC Advocate and International resources to support operations, manage the customer returns process, drive asset recovery, reduce internal and external damage, and manage disposition of finished goods and material assets. You will develop and train your team while supervising their work to ensure compliance with safety, inventory control processes, reverse logistics, quality standards, operation procedures, policies, deadlines, and operational reporting. You will be engaged in daily tasks and actively involved in solving a variety of problems with sustainable solutions that drive continuous improvement across the distribution operation. You will have responsibility for the physical inventory of the facility and oversee cycle count procedures, product audits, and inventory controls. You will coordinate and maintain inventory accountability for facility operations that include Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Shipping, Customer Returns, Material Receipts, Repackaging, Product Disposition, Asset Recover, Disposal, Recycling, and Scrap. Physical Demands: This role supervises and performs duties in a distribution and warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee is frequently required to drive, walk, stand, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
