Duties & Responsibilities	Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware and utensils Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol Delivers santized plates and silverware to various locations as needed Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine Collects dirty dishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanititation room for sanitizing. Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience may be required. In this position you may be required to work early mornings and/or late evenings hours including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications	Previous restaurant experience preferred.
