Your Job We're hiring a Production Manager to join our growing team at the Molex Busbar facility located in Monee, IL. A Production Manager is first and foremost a developer and leader of people. They motivate, coach, and inspire by demonstrating, promoting, and applying our Principle Based Management (PBM) principles in daily actions and decisions to deliver maximum value to the business and our customers. A Production Manager is also a strategic thinker who identifies opportunities for improvements within our production processes. In this role you will lead production operations across our two-shift operation and must be on-call as needed and available to work occasional nights and weekends. This is a 1st shift opening.
