Duties & Responsibilities	Prepares hot and cold food Prepares orders according to the recipes and methods of preparation Maintains quality, freshness and safety of all products at all times Prevents cross contamination of food products Follows correct food storage and safety guidelines Ensure clean work surfaces, plexi-glass, walls, shelves, sinks and floors Ensures correct labeling of dates for all food items and stores in designated areas Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner Provides suggestions and input to supervisor Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Basic culinary knowledge Physical and Environmental Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs.
Minimum Qualifications	High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
