Your Job Molex is seeking an Data Science Manager to join our team. This role works closely with cross-functional groups in our data and analytics organization including Research & Analytics and Enterprise Data Management. You will lead a team of data and analytics engineers in building and deploying models to improve internal processes and generate data-driven insights. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging the power of AI and advanced analytics to drive innovation and efficiency. A successful candidate for this role, will excel at collaborating closely with multiple domains, leading the team to define internal data and AI strategies alongside data analytics partners, identifying process opportunities, defining strategic plans and facilitating problem-solving activities across a global business. This role will require a mindset of excellence and sense of urgency to orchestrate efforts and motivate the team to address opportunities at speed and scale. What You Will Do
