SUMMARY: The Stadium Operations Associate is responsible for the execution of and the enhancement of overall stadium experience by interacting with guests, conducting quality assurance, and continuing our reporting efforts to sustain excellence. These events include Patriots games, Revolution games, Premier Lacrosse League, Monster Jam, Monster Energy Super Cross and our numerous Concerts. This role will introduce various elements of event operations and fan engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Proactively greet guests attending events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile
  2. Accommodate guests in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
  3. Support Operations Management with the following:
  4. Event setup and breakdown
  5. Improving Guest Services
  6. Assist with Designated Driver Activation
  7. Assist with employee Check-In Operations
  8. Prize fulfillment and customer service
  9. Monitor site operations
  10. Provide detailed post event recaps
  11. Report Stadium findings by utilizing our CMMS reporting system to report the follow:


    • Safety hazards


    • Facility damage


    • Cleanliness issues


    • Operational deficiencies




  12. Support internal departments with maintaining efficiencies throughout guest-facing spaces in stadium:



    • East and West Putnam Clubs


    • Dell Technologies Suites, Red and Blue levels


    • Optum Field Lounge


    • Cross Insurance Pavilion


    • Socios.com Field House


    • Main Concourse


    • 300 Level Concourse




  13. Special projects and assignments as business dictates




SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • This position has no supervisory responsibility



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma
  • Prior stadium operations experience a plus
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays according to Gillette Stadium event schedule
  • Must be able to work outdoors during all times of the year
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team in a highly professional manner



PHYSICAL DEMANDS


  • The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT
