The selected candidate will be a key member of cross site, cross functional teams that have opportunity to create significant value within the organization by improving our capability to execute competitive Projects.

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is looking for a Project Controls Leader who will be the primary point of contact for leading and improving the Cost and Insights capability for Turnaround, Capital and Expense Projects across KAES sites.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. This position offers a relocation package if needed.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders and capability leaders to develop a shared vision and strategies to achieve the vision for the Cost and Insights capability.
  • Drive results by applying PBM Principles and transforming the KAES cost and insights capability.
  • Guide, mentor, and empower a team of analysts in their roles supporting the development and implementation of Turnaround, Capital, and Expense projects.
  • Partner with the project teams to provide cost analysis and reporting resources that help teams align cost baselines with execution strategies, manage change and risk, develop accurate forecasts, and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Leverage KAESs data and systems to provide insightful information to the right people at the right time to make good and timely decisions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience to lead, develop talent and supervise a team across multiple locations, capabilities and experience levels showing a strong commitment to servant leadership principles
  • Experience translating organizational priorities into cross functional initiatives which deliver superior results (cost competitiveness, ROI, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing trends/variances and leveraging insights to drive action that improves outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • 4 year college degree in a Business or Technical field

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with project, reporting and analytics software such as Alteryx, Redshift, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.Ability to integrate data across systems
  • Familiarity with EcoSys, Maximo, P6 or similar Project Controls tools.
