Your Job We are seeking Human Resources Business Partner to assist with HR related activities supporting multiple manufacturing sites in the Lufkin, Texas area. This role will initially be based out the Diboll, TX Lumber facility but will assist as needed at other GP Building Products locations in Camden, Pineland and Corrigan, Texas. In this role the HR Leader will have an opportunity to advance continuous improvement of HR processes, help build our overall talent position, and lead HR related projects at these facilities. This role will report directly to the Lumber Division HR Director and is expected to transition to a permanent Human Resources Business Partner - Manager role at one of these facilities in the next two years. Our Team Pineland Lumber is the largest Sawmill in the South employing just over 320 non-union hourly and salaried employees. The site is situated approximately 45 miles east of Lufkin, Texas between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Reservoir. This position will require that you live within commuting distance of the Pineland, Texas Georgia-Pacific location. We are offering relocation support. What You Will Do
