Your Job We are seeking a strategic, driven, and agile finance professional to maximize the return on investment of new product development opportunities for our global Copper Solutions business unit, which is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. This role will work closely with our marketing, engineering, and plant finance teams, as well as our business unit and Molex leadership. Focus will be to help the business optimize capital investment decisions, provide insights and actionable recommendations to maximize performance across our 120 product families, and support the overall BU commercial and financial strategy. This role is hybrid (3 days in office/week and will be based out of our Lisle headquarters, with one direct report.
