JOB SUMMARY - Senior project leader responsible for overall success of multiple software system integration projects including multiple product implementations of over $1 million revenue from inception to installation to include managing project scope, design, budget, resources, deliverables, client relationship, issue escalation and resolution. Work closely with cross function divisions including sales, R&D, product development and related teams. Exercises independent discretion in developing internal guidelines and implement or creates best practices. Implement change management strategies to control scope and obtain additional funding as necessary. Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate.
