Our Team

The Molex Enterprise Architecture team is a key differentiator for Molex, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Drive accountability across teams toward the established goals and objectives raising risks as needed and ensuring reporting reflects reality.
  • Influencing and leading diverse teams to align behind common goals and delivering excellent outcomes for the stakeholders.
  • Provide insight to leadership into financial forecasts and historical budget trends to help ensure budgets for their respective areas meet budgetary requirements
  • Simplifying internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear messaging that inspires trust and credibility.
  • Meet regularly with business and technology owners to define business and technical requirements.
  • Support leadership in developing material and key messaging for executive read outs
  • Manage System Integrators (SIs) and help drive the value stream to meet the set objectives
  • Work with SIs to plan the course of the program (including milestones, resources required, cross-functional dependencies, use of technology and tools) and document in project plan.
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders to provide transparency and assessment on risks and issues.
  • Act as escalation point within ERP space, removing obstacles for project managers
  • Review change control items and facilitate Change Control Board meetings.
  • Establish cadence for evaluating our metric. Monitor investment vs return against the expected schedule.
  • Report overall program KPIs, analyze trends and provide mitigation plans.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with large-scale global transformational ERP programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring together cross-functional leaders to facilitate discussions, resolve issues and align on a path forward
  • Experience in developing executive presentations and analyzing and gathering data insights
  • Global multi-country and multi-functions/department experience with remote teams and deployments in multiple time zones

What Will Put You Ahead

  • PMP, CSM, CSPM or other Project Management related certification
  • Exposure to ERPs including SAP ECC, QAD, S/4 HANA
  • Experience with business transformation, supply chain or technology project delivery
  • Experience working for a Big4 consulting firm or working on projects that involve Big4 consulting firm
