The Koch Global Treasury group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Wichita, KS. We are looking for a candidate with a drive for value creation, who also possesses strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support cash management and banking services functions across all Koch companies. This includes global cash positioning, short-term liquidity forecasting, short-term investments, payments support, bank account management and several other value-add activities necessary to support the daily treasury operations of Koch. You will engage and partner with tax, legal, accounting and other corporate capabilities as you strive to innovate and deliver Treasury services that exceeds expectations. Our Team

This role will be part of the Koch Global Treasury group to support cash management and banking functions across all the Koch companies.

What You Will Do

  • Support cash management operations, ensuring best practices are in place and in compliance with the company's internal financial controls
  • Support various bank account management items, including Know Your Customer requests, FBAR reporting, and opening/closing bank accounts
  • Help develop innovative strategies for improving business outcomes and drive innovation within the team's daily responsibilities
  • Involvement in a variety of treasury projects as they arise
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties
  • Advance the Principle Based Management (PBM) culture within the treasury team by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Degree, certificate program, or workforce training program related to Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related business degree
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding skills such as Alteryx or Tableau
  • Experience in treasury management systems like Kyriba
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning
