PURPOSE
FormFactor is seeking a dynamic VP of Total Rewards who will transcend traditional compensation and benefits management. This role demands innovation, leadership, and strategic vision to craft a total rewards philosophy that aligns with FormFactor's mission to revolutionize semiconductors with advanced packaging. The VP will design and implement cutting-edge rewards strategies to attract, retain, and inspire employees, ensuring the rewards system reflects the workforce's diversity and aligns with the company's strategic goals. The role aims to foster an environment where excellence is recognized, well-being is prioritized, and each team member feels valued.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with FormFactor's strategic objectives and FORM values.
- Plan and deliver content for key agenda items at the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, providing necessary information for executive compensation decisions.
- Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity incentives, and executive compensation.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
- Execute equity programs, improve processes, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal for comprehensive equity plan administration.
- Utilize data analytics and benchmarking to make informed decisions about total rewards, regularly reviewing and adjusting programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining strong governance practices.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop attractive total rewards packages and with People Experience Partners for retention strategies.
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees on their total rewards value.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and benefit providers.
- Lead and mentor a team of total reward professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Serve as a key partner to the People Operations team, supporting the organization's human capital strategy.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with success in publicly traded companies.
- A strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort with new technologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a flexible, growth-oriented mindset.
