Your Job

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Capability. This position will engage, challenge, and provide fulfillment to a candidate with strong critical thinking skills and an economic focus, who enjoys collaborating with others, and who seeks to originate ideas that can provide new insights for our business. This role will primarily be involved in providing a comparatively advantaged Trade Finance function while assisting with other Treasury activities in diverse global businesses.

This role is located in Wichita, KS.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively manage and optimize Trade Finance facility structures to profitably support KES business activities.
  • Socialize the KES Trade Finance framework with internal stakeholders to optimize usage of security instruments.
  • Provide ownership of the Trade Finance technology (Global Trade Corporation, RPA, etc.)
  • Negotiate wording for Security Instruments (Parent Guarantees, Surety Bonds, Bank Guarantees, and Letterers of Credit)
  • Provide timely and effective issuance of security instruments.
  • Provide effective medium to long term cash forecasting to optimize global liquidity.
  • Identify and develop recommendations, drive waste elimination through transformation opportunities that will provide value within the organization.
  • Seek and share knowledge, communicate effectively, and build partnerships cross-functionally within KES and externally to provide optimal solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze reports, identify trends and areas for improvement, implement frameworks and procedures to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, establish, and uphold effective internal controls, frameworks, and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a Finance, Accounting, Treasury or other business related role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment; take initiative and escalate issues.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships to bridge gaps and solve problems.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, effectively communicate and cross collaborate with teams across the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively to improve processes and implement solutions, utilizing new systems and technologies.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in an international organization with exposure to Global Treasury/Trade Finance procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience utilizing Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other data visualization software/ tools.
  • Multilingual - demonstrated verbal and written proficiency.
