Learn more about FAROhere This is a hybrid opportunity* out of our Lake Mary, Florida office or our Atlanta, Georgia office with the requirement of 2x in office weekly.* How you will make a difference @ FARO: Participate in the translation of business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications, architecture, and implementation concepts Provide technical guidance to enable team decisions Monitor and drive team effectiveness and efficiencies Create a culture of collaboration that leverages team members' strengths, within remote setting Conduct hiring interviews for technical candidates Ensure effective communication takes place at the team and department level Strong interpersonal skills including written, verbal, listening and critical thinking Required Qualifications: 5+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution functional experience in a sales and distribution environment and preferably, in a contract manufacturing environment 2 full life cycle SD implementation experience Strong SD configuration experience At least 5 years delivering projects, enhancements and supporting sustainment Experienced in facilitating and participating in design and design workshops, requirements capture, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper-care Experienced and comfortable developing work related artifacts including technical requirements, test scripts, training related documentation etc... Customer Service oriented Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis skills. Able to readily diagnose system deficiencies and independently design and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role on the project level, ideally with hands on technical experience Solid technical experience Well respected and builds followership Is self-aware and adaptable to other's needs Is resilient, manages change and ambiguity effectively Quickly learns from and applies learning to new experiences Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in Sales and Distribution Experience with SAP CPQ and interfaces FARO offers FARO has excellent benefits for you and your family.
