About the role: This role will work on the Neuromodulation team supporting compensation of over 500 US sales representatives. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy, field training, finance, and compensation as well as interact directly with our field sales. The Sales Compensation Analyst will work cross-functionally to build and maintain compensation plans that drive business performance and overall sales strategy. The Sales Compensation Analyst will also assist in setting field sales quotas and manage the quarterly alignment process. Additionally, in this role you will assist in the management, production, and analytics of commissions paid to our US NM Field Sales. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable to ensuring the accuracy of all compensation data such as employee data, revenue performance, account alignments, compensation rates, etc. Your Responsibilities include:
