We are seeking product-driven and technical support leaders who can help create a unique experience for our small business owners.

In this role, you can expect to develop a deep understanding of our user's needs, operational landscape, and competition. This role requires 5+ years of experience as a product owner or related experience, a background in addressing small business needs is a plus, excellent communication skills, Agile expertise, and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities include developing and executing a product roadmap to create new drivers and remove barriers to make 2UniFi the preferred Small Business destination for bank needs. Build visions that align with business strategies, understanding and defining user/client segments, and identifying opportunities.

Develop and conduct experiments and research to analyze markets for a deeper understanding of threats and opportunities which will allow you to prioritize product strategies and features.

Work collaboratively with our agile team's structure through the development lifecycle, help identify and mitigate risks, and lead workshops for alignment. Successfully translate complex and confusing concepts into simple to understand experiences. Continuous improvement based on metrics and feedback, along with effective collaboration, is essential.

All associates are expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 5- years of digital product management experience, with strong understanding of agile practices.
