The Outpatient General Medicine Faculty Practice, located in beautiful Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, is a Level 3 NCQA Patient- Centered Medical Home with a fully integrated electronic medical record and robust transitions of care program. Opportunities and protected time exist for teaching medical trainees, performing quality improvement and conducting health services research.
