Stony Brook University: Health Sciences: Renaissance School of Medicine: Neurosurgery Location Stony Brook, New York Open Date Aug 09, 2024 Deadline Nov 09, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description One full-time clinical faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the Department of Neurological Surgery for a Board Certified or Board Eligible neurosurgeon (ABNS, AOA, RCPSC). Position entails joining a multidisciplinary academic neurosurgery practice, including elective practice and shared neurosurgical trauma call at a Level One Trauma Center. The department is comprised of neurosurgeons, neurosurgical residents, spine physiatrists, neurointensivists and specially trained Advanced Practice Providers in an academic setting with research opportunities.
