About this role: The AF Solutions Division within Boston Scientific was designed to support and treat patients with the most common heart arrhythmia - atrial fibrillation. The goal of the AF Solutions Principal Trainer is to support the growth of a best-in-market AF Solutions field force through robust training and continuous development programs. The trainer in this role will lead the Centers of Training (COT's) and will provide the field the with opportunities to train outside the classroom and gain real-world experience in the setting of Electrophysiology Labs and Mobile Training Labs. These programs will involve existing technologies, such as the Rhythmia Mapping System, in addition to the newly approved FARAPULSE PFA System, which has quickly become a market leading technology since its launch in February. Boston Scientific has a best-in-class sales force in the cardiology space, and this role will play an integral part in ensuring our field force continues to learn and develop at a pace that matches the growth of the division.
