About the role: The Pr. Specialist, Leadership Development role involves project management, creation of course curriculum, course content, and execution of a leadership development program that aligns with strategic business imperatives. It focuses on developing management and individual contributor capabilities across the field sales workforce. Additionally, the position manages a new curriculum to meet organizational development goals for Cardiology Group's People Leaders and High Potential Individual Contributors. The responsibilities extend to program development, training and coaching, culture building and implementing an executable rollout plan for the Field Sales Leadership Development program. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining relationships with HR partners are also essential aspects. Your responsibilities will include
