Essential Functions

Participate in the recruitment and hiring process
Create and post-employment requisitions
Review and screen applicants
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview team
Assist with orientation and on-boarding requirements
Monitor and track the career development process with supervisors and employees
Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Must be currently pursuing a BA or BS in Human Resources or related area of study.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
