As a Cloud Products and Patterns Senior Manager within our Infrastructure & Cloud team, you will be instrumental in executing the strategic direction set by the Cloud Products and Patterns Director. Your role will focus on the operational leadership, development, and implementation of cloud products and patterns, ensuring innovative, secure and scalable cloud solutions. You will foster collaboration, empower teams, and drive best practices to deliver seamless and efficient cloud infrastructure deployments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading teams to delivery of the technology imperatives

  • Work with product partners to develop the technology strategy, roadmap and vision for the platforms you own and deliver capabilities

  • Developing patterns for cloud to enable emerging business initiatives

  • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies

  • Develop and Utilizing Infrastructure As Code (IAC) tools like Terraform to build and manage cloud resources

  • Implement policies related to infrastructure, security, and compliance using Cloud policy framework and OPA

  • Integration of cloud patterns for discoverability and reuse in Internal Developer Platform

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of IAC concepts and cloud technology across CSPs (AWS & Azure)

  • Proficiency in declarative policy language, context-aware and expressive, architectural flexibility, and integrated development tools

  • Implementation experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps concepts

  • Experience on any one of - GitHub, GitLab

  • Knowledge of Cloud platform design principles

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

  • Good communication skills and presentation skills

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Qualification:

  • Must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years in programming

  • 5+ years of leading enterprise/platform engineering teams and people management

  • 5+ years of cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or other cloud service

  • 5+ years in DevOps automation across various technologies

  • 3+ years of IAC toolset experience

  • 3+ years implementing large-scale, end-to-end technology solutions in an enterprise setting

  • 2+ years of experience of using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker)

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $156,300 - $290,500. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG's Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
