Essential Functions

Assists in preparation of design and construction documents and solutions to general MEP or sustainable design issues.
Checks and coordinates details and dimensions.
Performs basic drafting work.
Computes and compiles engineering data from prescribed sources.
Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors.

Required Experience

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field required;
Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
