Introduction

As an Operations Support Lead, you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to help global brands and federal agencies solve challenging problems through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead an incidence response team and managing SLA requirements on trouble tickets
  • Collaborate with members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations
  • Use knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, LAN/WAN, IP addresses, and administration to complete a variety of projects
  • Use consulting and documentation skills to complete project-based work
    Assist with documentation to ensure continuity

Location and Travel Details

Reporting into the client site at Boyers, Pennsylvania, Macon, Georgia, or Washington DC..

Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Required for This Opportunity

  • 5 years of experience in incident response
  • Demonstrable history of successfully leading an incident response team in and enterprise environment
  • Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams, strong written and verbal skills, team focused
  • Team focused
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 and Windows Server.
  • Must be well versed on general infrastructure technology and have an understanding of public and private cloud concepts such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Desktop as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  • Use knowledge of systems architecture to create a robust infrastructure for application development
  • Knowledge of Cloud security, experience in optimizing IT infrastructure
  • Use in-depth experience with networks, systems, and client-facing skills to create innovative business solutions

Nice to Have Skills

  • Microsoft certifications, such as AZ900
  • Desire to obtain or utilize relevant technical certifications as part of continuous professional growth
