Job Description: Opportunity for an APP to join our interdisciplinary Pediatric Critical Care team at Primary Children's Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a focus on serving patients in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Due to the acute and intensive nature of the care we provide, candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience in a pediatric ICU setting to be considered for this role. The APP will be paid a base salary commensurate with experience, with opportunity for additional compensation through shift differentials ranging from 10-50% when working evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, or extra shifts. Advanced Practice Providers may also participate in research, utilize evidence-based practice to improve quality patient care, protocol development, care process model development, and best practice standards for assigned patient population throughout our organization. Minimum Qualifications Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
