Summary:

Working with internal staff and vendors, designs, develops, integrates and manages server infrastructure technologies supporting access needs of the organization while achieving operating efficiency, network security and integrity.

Essential Job Duties

Provides Tier II support to end users, Service Desk and Desktop Support teams providing both resolution and root cause analysis.

Design, document and implement best practice processes to delivery consistent automated operating systems and applications.

Inventory management of Server Services hardware.

Software license asset management.

Responsible for documentation following adopted ITIL standards.

Audit remediation within the server services environment.

Work alongside senior systems engineers to maintain and administer various environments including, but not limited to, Active Directory, Windows, Apple, and virtual environments.

Facilitate and establish integration between enterprise server services and desktop management.

Maintain lab and testing environment for server services and desktop management.

Demonstrates competence in prioritizing user issues and resolving within the bank's defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with management, co-workers and end users.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent minimum of 2 years of experience in the information technology field.

Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems preferred.

Enterprise Server and Desktop Management experience preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Server software within a virtual environment is preferred.

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: LANDesk/Invanti, Altiris, System Center Configuration Manager or equivalent solutions in Enterprise Configuration Management.
