What The Role Is

Provide funding needs and customer service to Asset-Based Lending clients.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Process daily client funding and collateral information.
  • Complete designated monthly trend work.
  • Responsible for accurately calculating and monitoring interest and fees on designated accounts.
  • Process, mail and close-out verifications on a timely basis.
  • Provide customer service to clients.
  • Manage ticklers timely and accurately.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Assist in the month-end close procedure.
  • Work with the accounting department as needed.
  • Assist with a new client set-up in Stucky.
  • Provide support to Operations Manager and other Collateral Specialists.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Handles settlements, interest, fees etc. with participants on Agented deals.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Works cooperatively with others.



Who You Are



  • College Degree or a minimum of five years of industry related experience.
  • Problem Solving - requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Level of Decision Making - requires the ability to make decisions based on risk related issues and know when to turn to higher authority.
  • Stucky experience - requires strong skills of the Stucky system.
  • Organizational Skills - requires strong organizational skills.
