Job Description: Assesses and plans for the individual spiritual care needs and resources of staff, patients, residents, and their families.As a Chaplain, you will assess and plan for the individual spiritual care needs and resources of staff, patients, residents, and their families. The Chaplain is responsible to utilize effective communication skills with all patients, volunteers, and staff in a timely, concise, clear, and positive manner. Physical Requirements: Physical RequirementsOngoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc. Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.Location: St. Marys Regional HospitalWork City: Grand JunctionWork State: ColoradoScheduled Weekly Hours: 0The hourly range for this position is listed below.
