Job Description: The Surgical Technologist performs various duties as a member of the surgical team to ensure a safe and successful operative procedure. This position functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and directly reports to Surgical Services management.It is expected that the Surgical Technologist will support system wide and surgical operations initiatives and practices. In addition, this person will actively participate in the surgical operations safety plan as outlined. Shift and Scheduling This is a part time/24 hour per week position. The current need is for 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday. We have a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available. More details about shifts and scheduling will be discussed in the interview. Call is required. 4-5 call shifts in a 8-week period.
