Job Summary:
Providers with the Division of Hospital Medicine provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses at UW Health practice sites. They are also provided the opportunity to grow the next generation of physicians through hands-on instruction of residents, fellows, and medical students. Education: Required Qualifications: Candidates for Associate Professor rank must meet criteria for appointment rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for CHS or Clinical Track. License/Certification: Required Must be eligible for Wisconsin medical license by the start date. Must be Board Eligible in Internal Medicine by the start date. ABIM - American Board of Internal Medicine Certification or AOBIM - American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine Work Type: Full or Part Time: 50% - 100% Appointment Type, Duration: Ongoing/Renewable Anticipated Begin Date: MAY 22, 2024 Salary: Negotiable Additional Information: This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations.
