Job Summary:
We seek a recognized leader with proven leadership and management skills as well as an outstanding academic background. The chair will provide strategic and administrative leadership of the highest quality to the department as well as the school and its academic health system in its research, teaching, and clinical missions. Responsibilities: The chair will be responsible for creating a compelling vision and advancing the academic and clinical missions of the department. The chair will also play a key leadership role within the School of Medicine and Public Health, UW Health (the university's academic health system), the University, the community and the profession.
